BESTELLEN, ANNULEREN & AFHALEN — PETIT CAKE ATELIER

1. Maatwerk en bevestiging van de bestelling
Alle producten van Petit Cake Atelier worden op bestelling en met de hand bereid. Met het plaatsen en betalen van een bestelling reserveert u een specifieke productieslot in onze planning.
Een bestelling is definitief bevestigd zodra de betaling is ontvangen.
1. Custom products and order confirmation
All products from Petit Cake Atelier are made to order and prepared by hand. By placing and paying for an order, you reserve a specific production slot in our schedule.
An order is confirmed once payment has been received.
2. Geen herroepingsrecht (maatwerkproducten)
Omdat onze producten speciaal voor u worden gemaakt en een gereserveerde productiecapaciteit vereisen, is het wettelijke herroepingsrecht van 14 dagen (recht van ontbinding bij koop op afstand) niet van toepassing.
Dit betekent dat bestellingen na betaling niet geannuleerd of geretourneerd kunnen worden wegens wijziging van mening.
2. No right of withdrawal (custom-made products)
Because our products are made specifically for you and require reserved production capacity, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (cancellation right for distance sales) does not apply.
This means orders cannot be cancelled or returned after payment due to change of mind.
3. Annuleren of wijzigen
Na betaling is annuleren niet mogelijk en worden betalingen niet terugbetaald.
Indien u de afhaaldatum of het tijdstip wenst te wijzigen, neem dan zo snel mogelijk contact met ons op via info@petitcakeatelier.nl. Wij proberen waar mogelijk mee te denken, maar wijzigingen kunnen niet worden gegarandeerd en zijn afhankelijk van de productieplanning.
3. Changes and cancellations
After payment, cancellation is not possible and payments are non-refundable.
If you need to change your collection date or time, please contact us as soon as possible via info@petitcakeatelier.nl. We will always try to accommodate changes where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed and depends on our production schedule.
4. Afhalen op afspraak
Alle bestellingen zijn uitsluitend af te halen op afspraak.
Tijdens het afrekenen kiest u een voorkeursdatum en tijdsvenster voor afhalen. Dit betreft een aanvraag en geen bevestiging. U ontvangt na uw bestelling een aparte bevestigingsmail met uw definitieve afhaalmoment en instructies.
Kom alstublieft niet naar het adres voordat u deze bevestiging heeft ontvangen.
4. Collection by appointment
All orders are collection by appointment only.
During checkout you select a preferred collection date and time window. This is a request, not a confirmation. After ordering you will receive a separate confirmation email with your final collection time and instructions.
Please do not come to the address until you have received this confirmation.
5. Overmacht
In het uitzonderlijke geval dat Petit Cake Atelier een bestelling niet kan uitvoeren door omstandigheden buiten onze redelijke controle (bijvoorbeeld ziekte, storing van apparatuur of onvoorziene situaties), nemen wij zo spoedig mogelijk contact met u op. In dat geval ontvangt u een volledige terugbetaling van het betaalde bedrag.
5. Force majeure
In the unlikely event that Petit Cake Atelier cannot fulfil an order due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (for example illness, equipment failure or unforeseen events), we will contact you as soon as possible. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
