Cancellation & Refund Policy

As our products are freshly prepared food items, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been fulfilled. Under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(e), sealed goods that become unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons after unsealing are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.

Cancellations may be requested no later than 24 hours prior to confirmed fulfilment / collection timing. To cancel, sign in to your account and submit a cancellation request from your order page. Cancellation requests submitted after preparation has begun cannot be guaranteed.
